When this record came out I thought Botch was the greatest thing to happen to hardcore. Yet nothing else they released impressed me the way The John Birch Conspiracy Theory did. The other stuff is alright. Minus the Bear is alright. But this record. Wow.

Agree on all points. This one set the world on fire and it seems like people really worshipped the follow on records. I just liked the concept better than the execution.
Maybe I should check out their other releases again. But They didn't lead a lasting impression. So maybe not.
