Pardon me while I channel Tee Till Death for a moment.
I'd like to know more about the Cabal shirt Rob Fish is wearing in the album art.
It's not a basketball jersey, but appears to be a licensed NBA product. It is sleeved, not a tank.
Is this a one off Cabal item?

Pete, did you ask Guav? He's obvious the man to go to on this one.
Good call. I'll @ him on Twitter.
The reason we started doing basketball jerseys in the first place was because we had a few Champion outlet stores in our area—they had tons of overstock and factory seconds, all mad cheap (like those extra thick old-style hoodies with the gigantic monk hoods—they used to sell them for anywhere between $15-30).
So we'd just go out there and grab whatever color jerseys they had the most of that day, so we wouldn't have to change ink colors as often—we'd usually get a dozen at a time, in two different colors. Eventually we must have done them in almost every NBA color combo in existence.
We'd also grab other random items we thought were cool and throw them on the press. One time we were there and we saw these v-necks. They were the same mesh-type material as the basketball jerseys, but were short-sleeved, I always assumed they were soccer jerseys, but I don't know, they may have been NBA branded.
We bought all they had—no more than a dozen I don't think—and we never saw them again, unfortunately.
We also grabbed a handful of these warmup jerseys one time, so there are about 6 of these floating around:

The warm up jerseys are awful/awesome.
I'm disappointed that there were Champion outlets in the Syracuse area and I didn't take advantage of this while a student there.
I'm not sure if the shirt in question (original post) is an NBA licensed product, but I think I can see the Jerry West logo in one of the photographs. It doesn't show up in the published version. iPhone photography at its best.
Thanks for the information!
Yeah, the warmup jerseys are definitely ... interesting. To be honest with you, I don't even remember doing them at all.
